The vehicle will be moved on fixed charges, and no extra charges, whatsoever the case may be, will be demanded. The driver will move the vehicle on authorised roads and on authorised road speeds. In case of a breakdown of some vehicle, the company will immediately provide a compatible substitute vehicle without asking for any extra charges.
